Our à la carte items are designed to help with specific individual requests or to serve as an add-on to a purchased design package.

Site Measure

If you live in the Greater Toronto or Hamilton area, we are able to schedule a site visit to measure your home. The measuring process takes thirty (30) minutes and must be combined with a design package.

Site measure’s are a great add on to a Kitchen Package in order to assure accuracy when floorplanning. Once purchased a Si & Oui team member will reach out via email to settle on a date and time for the measurements. All complete plans will be delivered in .pdf format.

Paint Selection

If you need help picking paint colours and finishes for a room, this is for you. Si & Oui will select wall, trim and ceiling paint and sheen for one (1) room in your house. One room is described as a single use room (example: Kitchen, Living Room, Guest Bedroom etc.) Once purchased you will receive a questionnaire to help us realize your paint vision. This service includes one revision.

Space Planning

Space planning encompasses floorplans, construction elevations and furniture space planning. Si & Oui designers will create the plans with your assistance and based on your measurements. Builder Plan Review

Have you purchased a pre-built home? We will work with you to review and adjust the floorplan to suit your individual needs. We can also work with you to determine the finishes and function of the space while sticking to the builder’s suppliers and working within their design parameters. Taking time to review build plans ahead of construction can make your new home exclusively yours.

Video Consultation

Do you need a second opinion or help making a design decision? The Si & Oui video consultation gives you one-on-one access to a designer for 30 or 60 minutes via Google Meet. Once purchased a Si & Oui team member will reach out via email to settle on a date and time for the video conference. When the time is mutually agreed on, Si & Oui will send a link for your scheduled video call. There are no space restrictions or limitations on the number of questions, you are encouraged to use the video call in whatever way best suits your design needs.

Ikea Planning

Do you need help pulling together an Ikea Sektion kitchen or Pax wardrobe system from Ikea? We can help create an Ikea order for you that will be ready to purchase online or access in store. We are able to use Ikea’s planning software to create a plan that is customized to your home.
